I feel that this quote means that if you obey what you have been asked to do and do it then that is pretty much summing up your entire duty because you are obeying what you've been told to do.

Duties and Responsibilities:
They are usually Chinese doctors who work with natural herbs and plants. They can use these herbs and plants to make medicine and tea. They use this to heal both the body and the mind, although it doesn't work most of the time. They may also use things such as cupping and acupuncture; these practices have a higher chance of working and are recognized worldwide for their success. Most of these practices do not work, but others do, such as cupping and acupuncture.

Education:
They should take the most advanced courses while in high school in math and science. Students should also take courses in traditional medicine and applied medicine. After high school students should take all 4 years in college/university. Students must also have at least 2 years in medical school to specialize in one of the traditional medical fields.

This quote, to me, means that if you obey everything that is told you will have freedom but if you don't obey it you will be punished and have no freedom at all. For example if you obey the law you will be free, if you don't then you will end up behind bars.

Duties and Responsibilities: An Army Medical Corps officer is responsible for the overall health of Soldiers and providing health care to Soldiers’ families and others eligible to receive this care in the military community. During combat, the Medical Corps officer oversees the emergency medical management of casualties and makes sure Soldiers are combat ready when it comes to their overall health.
Salary:
There many Salaries to due there being so many careers.
Education:

Your training time depends on your chosen specialty and whether or not you have prior military experience. You must also meet height and weight standards, as well as pass the Army Physical Fitness Test. After completing OBLC, AMEDD officers report to their initial active duty assignment, and students return to their academic training.

Duties and Responsibilities: Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese holistic therapy based on the theory that the body depends on life energy, known as qi, being in balance. Acupuncturists correct imbalances in the body by inserting fine needles into acupuncture points, thus maintaining or restoring good health and wellbeing.
